{"id":104,"date":"2023-05-29T11:59:15","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T03:59:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.mypbx.com.hk\/?p=104"},"modified":"2023-05-29T12:00:33","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T04:00:33","slug":"ivr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mypbx.com.hk\/blog\/%E4%BB%80%E9%BA%BC%E6%98%AFivr\/","title":{"rendered":"\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f IVR (\u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u8a9e\u97f3\u61c9\u7b54)\uff1f"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u6211\u5011\u64a5\u6253\u5ba2\u670d\u96fb\u8a71\u6642\uff0c\u5e38\u5e38\u807d\u5230\u5728\u4f01\u696d\u554f\u5019\u8a9e\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5373\u6703\u807d\u5230\u8a9e\u97f3\u5f15\u5c0e\u5e36\u8457\u4f86\u96fb\u8005\u9032\u5165\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8a9e\u97f3\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u5c31\u662f\u6240\u8b02\u7684 IVR \u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u8a9e\u97f3\u61c9\u7b54 (Interactive Voice Response\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31 IVR)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u898f\u5283\u4e2d\uff0cIVR \u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u662f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u95dc\u9375<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IVR \u592a\u9577\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u5ba2\u6236\u7b49\u5019\u592a\u4e45\u4e2d\u9014\u639b\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u800c\u5e36\u4f86\u5ba2\u6236\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u4f46\u82e5IVR \u592a\u77ed\u6216\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u4f7f\u7528 IVR\uff0c\u6703\u975e\u5e38\u53ef\u60dc\u7684\u6c92\u6709\u5229\u7528\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c07\u5ba2\u6236\u4f86\u96fb\u505a\u521d\u6b65\u7684\u904e\u6ffe\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u8ca0\u64d4\u904e\u91cd\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u8fa8\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8b93\u7cfb\u7d71\u9032\u884c\u8a71\u52d9\u5206\u6d3e\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5229\u7528 IVR \u4f86\u9054\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0b\u76ee\u7684<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>\u516c\u4f48\u4e00\u822c\u6027\u8a0a\u606f\uff1a<\/strong>\u4f8b\u5982\u98b1\u98a8\u653e\u5047\u6d88\u606f\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u8a0a\u606f\u3001\u6d3b\u52d5\u8b8a\u66f4\u8a0a\u606f\u7b49\u3002\u5176\u5be6\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u4f86\u96fb\u662f\u8981\u8a62\u554f\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u7684\uff0c\u82e5\u80fd\u5728\u4e00\u9032\u7dda\u7684\u97f3\u6a94\u4e2d\u5373\u53ef\u807d\u5230\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u5c31\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u518d\u8f49\u5230\u5c08\u4eba\u670d\u52d9\u4e86\uff0c\u80fd\u7bc0\u7701\u5f88\u5927\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u529b\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u53d6\u5f97\u5ba2\u6236\u8a0a\u606f\uff1a<\/strong>\u6703\u54e1\u5236\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u6709\u5e33\u865f\u6216\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u5361\u865f\u7684\u9280\u884c\u696d\u6216\u96fb\u4fe1\u696d\u8005\u7b49\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u5ba2\u6236\u5728\u8a9e\u97f3\u5f15\u5c0e\u6642\u5148\u8f38\u5165\u5ba2\u6236\u7de8\u865f\u3001\u5361\u865f\u3001\u7d71\u4e00\u7de8\u865f\u3001\u96fb\u8a71\u865f\u78bc\u7b49\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5ba2\u670d\u7cfb\u7d71\u8207\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u6216 CRM \u7cfb\u7d71\u7b49\u4e4b\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u5728\u63a5\u5230\u96fb\u8a71\u524d\uff0c\u5373\u6703\u8df3\u51fa\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u63d0\u6607\u670d\u52d9\u54c1\u8cea\u4e5f\u5bb9\u6613\u8a18\u9304\u5ba2\u670d\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u6280\u80fd\u7fa4\u7d44\u8a2d\u5b9a\uff1a<\/strong>\u85c9\u8457\u8a9e\u97f3\u5f15\u5c0e\u5c07\u4f86\u96fb\u5206\u985e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8a9e\u8a00 (\u5ee3\u6771\u8a71\u3001\u82f1\u6587\u3001\u570b\u8a9e\u7b49) \uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8a62\u554f\u554f\u984c\u7a2e\u985e\u3002\u5c07\u4e0d\u540c\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u5c0e\u81f3\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u5206\u6a5f\u4e2d\uff0c\u642d\u914d\u821c\u9060\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u7cfb\u7d71\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7fa4\u7d44\u53ca\u6280\u80fd\u5206\u7fa4\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u8b93\u96fb\u8a71\u4e00\u9032\u7dda\u5c31\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u5206\u914d\u5230\u9069\u5408\u670d\u52d9\u6b64\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u96fb\u8a71\u4e0d\u7528\u8f49\u63a5\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u670d\u52d9\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u5982\u679c\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a IVR \u7cfb\u7d71\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u81f4\u96fb 39776856 \u67e5\u8a62<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e00\u822c\u6211\u5011\u64a5\u6253\u5ba2\u670d\u96fb\u8a71\u6642\uff0c\u5e38\u5e38\u807d\u5230\u5728\u4f01\u696d\u554f\u5019\u8a9e\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5373\u6703\u807d\u5230\u8a9e\u97f3\u5f15\u5c0e\u5e36\u8457\u4f86\u96fb\u8005\u9032\u5165\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8a9e\u97f3\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08&#8230;
