IVR (Interactive Voice Response)<\/a> \u4e92\u52d5\u5f0f\u8a9e\u97f3\u61c9\u7b54\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u529f\u80fd\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u81ea\u52d5\u670d\u52d9\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u9810\u5148\u9304\u88fd\u6216 TTS \u8a9e\u97f3\u8f49\u6587\u5b57\u6280\u8853\u5408\u6210\u8a9e\u97f3\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u52d5\u61c9\u7b54\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u5728\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e2d\uff0cIVR \u5206\u70ba\u524d\u7f6e\u548c\u5f8c\u7f6e\uff0c\u524d\u7f6e IVR \u662f\u8a9e\u97f3\u5148\u9032\u5165 IVR \u8655\u7406\uff0c\u5728\u7121\u6cd5\u89e3\u6c7a\u5ba2\u6236\u554f\u984c\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u8f49\u5165\u4eba\u5de5\u5ea7\u5e2d\u3002\u5f8c\u7f6e IVR \u662f\u6307 IVR \u8207\u4eba\u5de5\u5ea7\u5e2d\u8655\u5728\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u7121\u6cd5\u6eff\u8db3\u5ba2\u6236\u5165\u8a71\u6642\u8f49 IVR\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u589e\u503c\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u85c9\u52a9 IVR\uff0c\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/a> Call Center \u53ef\u4ee5\u548c\u4f86\u8a62\u5ba2\u6236\u9032\u884c\u5168\u7a0b\u81ea\u52d5\u61c9\u7b54\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u5728\u5c0d\u8a71\u6642\u8a2d\u7f6e\u8f03\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u8a9e\u97f3\u5c0e\u822a\u6b04\uff0c\u5c0d\u5ba2\u6236\u9032\u884c\u6b65\u9a5f\u5f15\u5c0e\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5ba2\u6236\u5feb\u901f\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5340\u5225\u65bc\u666e\u901a\u96fb\u8a71\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u986f\u8457\u6a19\u8a8c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IVR \u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b 24\u00d77 \u5168\u5929\u5019\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e14\u4f86\u96fb\u5ba2\u6236\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5c0e\u822a\u6309\u9375\u6216\u8a9e\u97f3\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u8f38\u5165\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u81ea\u52a9\u5feb\u901f\u7372\u53d6\u591a\u7a2e\u8f03\u70ba\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3 Call Center \u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u7bc0\u7d04\u66f4\u591a\u6642\u9593\u8207\u7cbe\u529b\u8655\u7406\u5176\u4ed6\u5ba2\u670d\u7684\u8907\u96dc\u554f\u984c\u53ca\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IVR \u53ef\u540c\u6642\u8655\u7406\u591a\u8def\u4f86\u96fb\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u9047\u5fd9\u81ea\u52d5\u8655\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6975\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u5ba2\u6236\u5728\u4f86\u96fb\u6642\u7684\u5fd9\u97f3\u7b49\u5f85\u6642\u9593\u6216\u672a\u63a5\u901a\u639b\u65b7\u7684\u6982\u7387\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u547c\u5165\u63a5\u807d\u7387\u53ca\u5ba2\u6236\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IVR \u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u540c\u6642\u904b\u884c\u591a\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5167\u90e8\u4eba\u54e1\u6216\u4f01\u696d\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u4e92\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7d71\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u7576\u8655\u7406\u4e00\u8def\u4f86\u96fb\u6642\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u8a62\u554f\u4e00\u4e9b\u76f8\u95dc\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u81ea\u52d5\u8fa8\u5225\u5ba2\u6236\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u81ea\u52d5\u555f\u52d5\u76f8\u5c0d\u61c9\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u5728\u547c\u53eb\u5206\u914d\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ef\u6309\u7167\u6700\u512a\u7b97\u6cd5\u81ea\u52d5\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u5ba2\u6236\u6307\u793a\u9032\u884c\u5206\u914d\uff0c\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5b9c\u7684\u8def\u7531\u8f49\u79fb\u547c\u53eb\u3002\u7531\u6b64\uff0c\u7279\u5b9a\u5ba2\u6236\u5c31\u53ef\u5b89\u6392\u5c08\u4eba\u63a5\u807d\uff0c\u5118\u91cf\u7e2e\u77ed\u5176\u7b49\u5019\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b49\u4e86\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u53ca\u6642\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u57fa\u65bc IVR \u7684\u6587\u672c\u8207\u8a9e\u97f3\u5408\u6210\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e8b\u5148\u9304\u88fd\u597d\u7684\u8a9e\u97f3\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e14 IVR \u7684\u591a\u8a9e\u7a2e\u652f\u63f4\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u4e0d\u540c\u8981\u6c42\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u8a9e\u8a00\u64ad\u653e\u8a9e\u97f3\u63d0\u793a\u6216\u8aee\u8a62\u4fe1\u606f\u3002 \u6839\u64da\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3 IVR \u672c\u8eab\u5177\u5099\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u529f\u80fd\u7279\u9ede\uff0c\u547c\u53eb\u4e2d\u5fc3 Call Center \u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u5c07\u81ea\u4e3b\u914d\u7f6e\u597d\u7684 IVR \u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u66f4\u5f37\u5927\u7684 E-IVR \u878d\u5165\u7522\u54c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u4fe1\u606f\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5354\u8abf\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u5be6\u6642\u8a2a\u554f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
