\u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u6982\u5ff5 \u2014\u2014 \u65e9\u5728 1980 \u5e74\u4fbf\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff1b <strong>Contact Management \u63a5\u89f8\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u5c08\u9580<strong>\u6536\u96c6\u5ba2\u6236\u8207\u516c\u53f8\u806f\u7e6b\u7684\u8cc7\u6599<\/strong> \uff1b\u800c\u5728 1985 \u5e74\u95dc\u4fc2\u71df\u92b7\u9019\u6982\u5ff5\u51fa\u73fe\u5f8c\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u71df\u92b7\u7406\u8ad6\u51fa\u73fe\u65b0\u7684\u7a81\u7834 \uff1b\u53bb\u5230 1990 \u5e74\u5247\u6f14\u8b8a\u6210\u542b\u6709\u96fb\u8a71\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u652f\u63f4\u7684 <strong>Customer Care \u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u61f7<\/strong> \u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406(CRM)<\/strong>? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c31\u5728 1999 \u5e74, \u4e00\u9593\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86 <strong>CRM<\/strong> \u6982\u5ff5 <strong>Customer Relationship Management \u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\u3002\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9019\u6642\u8981\u63d0\u51fa\u4e00\u500b CRM \u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u5462 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u65bc IT \u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u51fa\u73fe\u5c40\u9650\u6027\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u5920\u5be6\u696d\u5c0d\u5ba2\u6236\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u800c\u5df2 90 \u5e74\u4ee3\u672a\u671f\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7d50\u5408\u7d93\u6fdf\u53ca\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u65b0\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u63d0\u51fa CRM \u6982\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CRM <strong>\u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u5be6 CRM \u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u90fd\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u53ca\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c<strong>CRM \u5ba2\u6236\u95dc\u4fc2\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong>\u662f\u96c6\u5408\u4e86\u73fe\u4eca\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\u96fb\u5b50\u5546\u52d9\u3001\u591a\u5a92\u9ad4\u6280\u8853\u3001\u5c08\u696d\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001Call Center \u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u5b83\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u5b8c\u6574\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u6574\u500b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u542b\u610f :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u65b0\u614b\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u601d\u60f3\u53ca\u7406\u5ff5<\/li><li>\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u6a21\u5f0f\u53ca\u6a5f\u5236<\/li><li>\u5229\u7528\u79d1\u6280\u53bb\u5e6b\u52a9\u7ba1\u7406\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u6548\u7387<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CRM \u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u5ba2\u6236\u50f9\u503c\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u5404\u7a2e\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ba2\u6236\u5c0d\u54c1\u724c\u7684\u5fe0\u8aa0\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fdd\u7559\u73fe\u6709\u5ba2\u6236\u6e1b\u4f4e\u6d41\u5931\u7387<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u79d1\u6280\u9032\u6b65\uff0cCRM\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u7ba1\u7406\u8edf\u4ef6\u53ca\u4f01\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u985e\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5047\u5982\u6211\u6709\u4e00\u5957 CRM \u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u6211\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u7ba1\u7406\u65e5\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8b58\u5225\u4f60\u7684\u5ba2\u6236<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u628a\u5ba2\u6236\u8cc7\u6599\u8f38\u5165\u5230\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab<\/li><li>\u6536\u96c6\u5ba2\u6236\u76f8\u95dc\u4fe1\u606f<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5206\u6790\u4f60\u7684\u5ba2\u6236<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u90a3\u4e9b\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u5ba2\u6236<\/li><li>\u6210\u55ae\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u5927\u5c0f<\/li><li>\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u5fe0\u8aa0\u5ea6<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u7ba1\u7406<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u54e1\u5de5\u96fb\u8a71\u63a5\u807d\u6578<\/li><li>\u54e1\u5de5\u6c92\u6709\u63a5\u807d\u6b21\u6578<\/li><li>\u901a\u8a71\u6642\u9577<\/li><li>\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u591a\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u5145\u5206\u5584\u7528\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u5bf6\u8cb4\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u85c9\u7531\u8a73\u7d30\u5340\u5206\u5ba2\u6236\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5ba2\u6236\u7559\u5b58\u7387\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5229\u6f64\u6700\u5927\u5316\u3002\u7e3d\u606c\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c CRM \u6548\u76ca\u53ef\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u5e36\u4f86\u54ea\u4e9b\u597d\u8655
